What type of events do you host?

Moonlight hosts a wide variety of parties including, but not limited to, weddings, communions, bridal showers, baby showers, sweet 16s, birthday, graduations and christenings.

How many people can fit in Moonlight?

Moonlight consists of two rooms that can be used separately or conjoined. The larger room can accommodate 100 people for an affair with dancing and a buffet and the smaller room can accommodate 80 people for an affair for dancing and a buffet. Using both rooms for an affair with dancing and a buffet, approximately 180 people can be accommodated. Additional guests may be accommodated upon request and adjustments made.

Is the building handicap accessible?

Yes, the building has an elevator to allow any guest to enjoy the party.

Do you have valet parking?

Valet parking is optional.

Do you provide centerpieces for the tables?

Moonlight can provide table numbers for each table but does not provide centerpieces. Moonlight can also put you in contact with an excellent party service company, The Chocolate Suite, owned by Michael Fischetti.

Do you have music in the hall?

Moonlight does not provide background music but will put you in contact with their House DJ, High Quality Entertainment, owned by Vincent Fischetti.

Do you have room for a wedding ceremony?

Yes.

Can I bring in favors and/or centerpieces to my event?

Favors and centerpieces may be brought in a day prior to your affair based on availability. However, we ask that perishable items be brought the day of the affair.

Can we decorate as we wish?

Moonlight understands that everyone has their own taste and style, therefore we do allow outdoor decorations. However, we ask that nothing be adhered to the walls or ceilings and that confetti not be brought into the hall.

How early can we get into the room to decorate?

Clients can usually get into the room at least one hour before the party starts.

When do you need a final head count?

An approximate count should be given three weeks prior to the event and finalized two weeks prior to event.
